This was one of the first drinks we were able to make out of Mustipher’s Tiki. The funkiness of the Uruapan Charanda and the Rum Fire gave it a very pungent nose but overall it came together extremely well.

Recipe
- 2 oz Hamilton 86 rum
- 1⁄2 oz Uruapan Charanda (a substitute for rhum agricole)
- 1⁄2 oz Rum Fire
- 1⁄2 oz St. Elizabeth allspice dram
- 1⁄2 oz honey
- 1 oz passionfruit syrup
- 3⁄4 oz lime juice
Shake and strain into a goblet or other 10oz glass. Garnish with some grated nutmeg and a sprig of mint.
