Nothing particularly exciting

Tasting Notes
Rory: It’s bright and refreshing. There’s grassiness, I would say more from the Neisson than the Probitas, but it goes well with the lime and the simple. It’s sorta what (lemon-)lime soda wants to be, but much better. It’s nice, and different, and not worse, but doesn’t have a comparative advantage against other “dark rum” drinks, I think.
Ryan: Today is national daiquiri day. The first, a blend of probitas and rhum agricole. Well balanced. It starts off with some somewhat rich notes from the probitas, but has a nice undertone from the agricole. Later in the sip, the grassiness of the agricole takes over. Very fresh and tasty. Second, a dark rum daiquri with a blend of rums. No particular rum stands out here–it is good, and has much different notes than the white rum one. I think I’d probably bump up the jamaican one a bit? Definitely the white rum version was more generally appealing, though.
